			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The second version of the <a title="WiComSy2011" href="http://anillo_act53.elo.utfsm.cl/por/?l=en" target="_blank">Wireless Communications Symposium</a> took place on Wed., October 26th. The event started with a tutorial on Bit Interleaved Coded Modulation, and continued with a series of technical talks on various topics related symposium&#8217;s central theme. This year&#8217;s version gathered more than fifty attendants and the participation of distinguished researches from Chile and abroad.
